By using the Raven Notch website and desktop application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. License Agreement

Subject to these terms, Raven Notch grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software on compatible Windows operating systems for your personal or professional use.

2. Trial Period & Licensing

We provide a fully-featured free trial period. Following the expiration of the trial period, a valid paid license key is required to continue utilizing the premium modules. License keys are for individual use and must not be distributed or shared.

3. Refund Policy

Because we offer a fully-functional free trial period to evaluate the software and premium features prior to purchase, all transactions for paid license keys are final and non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the Raven Notch desktop application, except as permitted under applicable local law.

5. Google API Usage

The Calendar widget interacts with Google API services to display your agenda. You agree to use this integration in accordance with Google's Terms of Service and API policies. Any abuse of Google API services through our client is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Raven Notch does not guarantee that the application will be completely free of errors or interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Raven Notch be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
